Meet Explore’s new Project Manager – Saralee Molodi

The George Whitefield College team is excited to welcome Saralee Molodi to the Explore team as its Operations Manager. Saralee has a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Administration as well as twenty years of experience in corporate and NPO organisations. In her last role she served as International Director with Flying Mission, a Christian organisation based in Botswana. She was responsible for the oversight of five units of operation. She brings with her a wealth of experience in project management, analytical problem solving, conflict resolution and strategic planning. She successfully initiated and implemented NGO training programmes for women in Early Childhood Development education and capacity building within community-based organisations.

Saralee is a widow with one daughter, Beng, who is in Grade 10 at Uplanda College in White River, Mpumulanga. She attends church at St James in Kenilworth and is passionate about being involved in a ministry which takes the gospel to all corners of Africa.

Her role will be to build on current, and establish new, Explore network structures in Sub-Saharan Africa. This will include the appointment of key personnel to ensure the promotion of Explore, and the training of selected facilitators, within each country. Her strong administrative skills will stand her in good stead as she manages the logistical capacity building across Africa.
